Reports view
The simple instant view lets you see missed calls, calls that exceeded the allotted duration and calls where the carer left early. Exclamation marks show an issue with the carer on the call which could be one of 3 reasons… the carer could have not scanned the QR code, checked in too far away from the property or checked out too far away. Hovering over the exclamation mark allows you to quickly see.
Reports can be filtered by date range, carer or client.
