Care Line Live Management
We want to make our pricing as simple and as easy to understand as possible.
CareLineLive is £30 + VAT per month per carer. That’s it! Everything you need is included in that price. Your agency’s own management platform, mobile handset, mobile contract (Data, SMS + Minutes) and VMWare’s AirWatch MDM. If you want to use your own hardware, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
If you’re located in Australia, we’re able to offer the same platform at $45 + GST per month. This also includes the ability to use our software, Mobile Handset, Mobile Contract (Data, SMS + Minutes) and VMWare AirWatch MDM.
Care Line Live Monitor – Requires an existing Staffplan network
Prices start from £1500 + VAT. This is a one-off sign-up fee which includes one 27″ Screen for monitoring the carers and supports upto 50 carers. If two screens are required the setup fee increases by £275 + VAT and if the system needs to be able to cope with between 51 and 100 users then there is an additional cost of £200 + VAT.
After the one-off sign up fee then all you pay is the cost of the mobile contract to us as if you were going direct to the network. As a rough guide you should expect to pay around £23 + VAT per carer per month.
Apart from the two sets of costs listed above that’s all you pay. Everything else is covered within those prices including full support of the handsets and a 1 year warranty. We will provide a Motorola Moto G or similar handset for use*.

We accept that each business is different and the way you operate varies. To encompass this we have taken the decision not to include an on-call handset or the management app (for android) within the cost. The management application (including handset) is an extra £500 + VAT. This includes a Sony Xperia T (or similar) handset. The larger screen makes viewing the management information far easier whilst out of the office.
We have also not included the failover SMS system within the base app. If this is required then there will be an additional charge of £150 + VAT initially and further usage costs. In most cases we will not suggest that this is included within your build.
*We aim to use the same handsets all the time but due to advances in the mobile industry sometimes different handsets will have to be used.
